Enema
It consists
of inserting a cannula into the rectum that is attached to a rubber tube from
an irrigator with natural water or a medicinal laxative infusion. It usually
causes a bowel movement in 1 to 5 minutes. The amount of liquid used in each
application ranges from 250 to 500 cubic centimeters (from a quarter to a half-liter) in children, and from 1 to 2 liters in adults. It is recommended that
the person lies on the left side, with the leg tucked in and the hips slightly
raised by means of a pillow. It is advisable to retain the liquid as long as
possible so that the fecal matter softens and thus can be eliminated more
easily.
To make the action of enemas
more effective or stimulating, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil, glycerin, lemon juice, or a healthy plant such as chamomile.
It is very
beneficial and effective that at the same time a massage is performed on the
belly, following a circular path, from the region of the appendix to the end of
the descending colon.
Benefits:
It softens
hardened fecal matter so that it can be expelled more easily.

cases of constipation.
Lower high
fever.
Detoxifying
and healing.
