Natural Agents that Generate Health.
Air, Water,
Sun, Clay and Physical exercise.
Air.
Pure
air is not only the first food but also the first medicine. It nourishes us it
provides its energies that are chemical, magnetic, solar, electric, etc. It
oxidizes our worn products, favoring their combustion and elimination, thus
realizing the double process of nourishing and purifying ourselves.
Water.
Water
is the only natural drink and is not only a food but also a medicine, both
inside and outside. Its recognized solvent, purifying and invigorating
properties make it one of the natural healing elements with more prestige, due
to the positive results obtained in its application.
As
a drink water quenches thirst. It also acts inside the body as a body thermos-regulator,
transports nutrients and eliminates waste.
The
temperature and pressure of the water causes a reaction in the blood vessels,
nerves and metabolic functions, and in almost all the diseases is affected by
at least one of these systems.
Light
Light
is the most useful element of the nervous system, being therefore an
indispensable element for our health, since our organic functions are driven by
the nerves.
So we must continually expose ourselves to the light, and
especially the sick should keep the bedroom full of light and as much as
possible that this element enters directly with the pure air through wide open
window. No dark papers or paintings in the bedrooms, everything should be
white.
Clay.
Man,
like all animate beings, is the son of the Earth , from it our body is formed
and to it we have to reintegrate ourselves. Our foods are clay transformed and
vitalized by the plant, only way in which the mineral can be used by the animal
organism.
The
Earth as a good mother also offers us health properties of greater importance
used both inside and outside the body. Due to its properties the clay is
recommended as a powerful element purifying, anti-inflammatory, absorbent,
soothing, vitalizing and healing.
Physical
exercise.
Movement
is life. Physical exercise is one of the stimulants of the vital force in that
it puts all bodily functions into activity, thus favoring organic change.
All
movement activates blood circulation, breathing and digestion, also favoring
the elimination of spent products (acid waste)
Natural
exercises are the best, such as walking, hicking hills, swimming, etc. If this
is not possible daily, even in the same bedroom with the window open, exercise
of leg and trunk flexions and, in general, those necessary to put all the parts
of the body into action.
Children
more than anyone need to move, hence parents should not prevent games or force
them to calm, and because it is active movement is a necessity for their
development.
